To enrich students' after-school life and pay attention to the inner world of college students, on November 26, 2021, the third psychodrama competition of "Drama of the mind, Emotion and Jida" ended successfully in the lecture hall of the Mathematics Building of the central campus. Among them, two teams from the College of Animal Science won the first prize and the second prize in this competition. Under the guidance of the Student Mental Health Guidance Center, this activity was jointly organized by four colleges: College of Animal Science, College of Veterinary Medicine, College of Food Science and Engineering, and College of Plant Science. Student mental health guidance center staff Li Na and Wang Wei and related college counselors attended the activity.
In this activity, each school sent two teams to participate in the competition. The themes involved interpersonal relationships, self-cognition, values and so on. Each team closely followed the theme, carefully planned, seriously rehearsed, the program not only wonderful content but also profound meaning, for the audience to bring a different audio-visual feast.
Among them, "Cut the inner thread" is a psychological drama played by the first team of our school. The team was directed by Liu Zhanpeng from Class 2 of Animal Science, Grade 2021, with Li Zongxuan as the screenwriter and Zhao Kangyi as the actors. The team lasted for one month, repeatedly honed, and finally presented a good effect of drama and psychological education.
With the theme of "cutting the inner thread", the play depicts an artistic image called "Bamboo light", which is outgoing, enthusiastic and responsible, and helpful everywhere but has many contradictions and pains in the heart. It also puts on the stage the familiar scenes of daily study, dormitory interpersonal relationships, emotional communication and so on. Through clever and witty drama conflicts, it expresses various psychological issues encountered by current college students on campus and focuses on exploring the advantages and disadvantages of the "pleasing type, pleasing type" interpersonal communication mode.
Bamboo light has been following the light in the eyes of others, wearing a "mask" to please all the people around. Family, roommate, classmate, girlfriend...... He tried to meet everyone's requirements, even at the expense of his heart, constantly sacrificing his time and energy, but gradually lost himself, into a state of pain and helplessness, self-denial. In fact, everyone around him saw his kindness, sincerity and effort. At the end of the story, he finally realized that he had used the mask of smile to disguise his sadness for a long time, and he had forgotten that he was a normal boy with joys and sorrows for a long time. He finally realized that he was not a savior but an ordinary college student with flesh and blood, emotions and needs and finally dared to face the real voice of his heart. Live a relaxed and happy college life. The exquisite acting and profound plot finally won the unanimous approval of the judges, and the drama won the only first prize in this competition.
"True Love online" is performed by the second team of our school. The team is also directed by Liu Zhanpeng from Class 2 of Animal Science, Grade 2021, and written by Wang Jiayi. Dong Fengyi and 12 other students are actors. The story tells the story of a boy named "Zhou Qi", very anxious to fall in love, under the spell of friends, with routine and lies to get along with girls, the final routine was punctured, lies were seen through. All three of Zhou Qi's roommates treated their partners sincerely and honestly and finally achieved perfect love. The story aims to guide contemporary college students to establish a correct view of love and get along with others with sincerity. The play won second place in the competition.
At the end of the competition, the students' efforts in front of and behind the scenes for more than a month were rewarded. I hope our students can in their youth heart to the sun, wanton flying, do a blossoming unique, never withered sunflower!
It is reported that the third "Drama Mind, emotional Kejtu" campus psychodrama competition is the key support project of the "Peer Cooperation · Psychological growth" series of activities in the first semester of the 2021-2022 academic year of the university Mental Health Guidance Center. Thus far, it has been held for three consecutive sessions, aiming at the form of scene interaction and stage performance. College students must understand and learn the relevant knowledge of mental health, master the necessary psychological adjustment methods, and form the correct mental health concept. The College of Animal Science will take this activity as an opportunity to constantly innovate the form of mental health education activities, enrich the carrier and connotation, publicize mental health knowledge and improve the psychological quality of students.
