主要研究领域为动物繁殖调控机制方向研究、繁殖新技术的研发及智慧养殖。研究方向主要包括肠道菌群稳态对家畜繁殖力的调控及作用机制；利用数智化平台挖掘影响畜禽繁殖性状的关键因素，通过动物模型解析调控机制；数智化平台优化等。参与一项国家自然基金。
