三、主要教学工作(承担本科生、研究生课程)
承担本科生动物科学专业基础课《家畜育种学》、专业课《养牛学》,动物医学专业课程《动物科学各论》;承担研究生动物遗传育种与繁殖、动物营养与饲料科学专业课程《现代动物生产专论》和《分子标记与标记辅助选择》。
四、主要科研工作(包括科研项目)
主要从事现代生物技术和牛育种方面的研究工作。利用分子生物学、基因组学和分子设计聚合育种等现代生物技术手段,进行肉牛种质资源及经济性状功能基因组学研究,解析牛肌肉细胞和脂肪细胞增殖、分化的分子、蛋白机制及调控网络。现主持和完成国家自然科学基金(31000991,31672389)、科技部转基因专项重点课题分题(2009ZX08007005B04)、“863”项目分题(2013AA10250502),吉林省中青年科技创新领军人才与创新团队项目,吉林省科技厅重点项目,吉林省优秀青年基金项目(20170519014JH,20180101275JC,20110229,20130522084JH)、教育部博士点新教师基金(201000611)等国家、省部级科研项目9项。主要参加科技部“863”计划(2013AA102505、2008AA101010)、“973”计划(2011CBA01000)和转基因重大专项(2013ZX08007001,2014ZX0800953B)等项目7项。在国内外刊物《Int. J. Mol. Sci》、《Plos one》、《Rep Dom Ani》、《Meat science》、《Gene》、《Gene Exp》、《J Dsiry Sci》等杂志上发表科研论文42篇。参编《中国黄牛学》、《养牛学》第三版、《养牛学实习指导》和《全国动物遗传标记学术研讨会论文集-2012》著作、教材5部,获授权专利6项。担任《Gene》、《Archi Anim Breeding》和《BMC Genomics》等国际期刊审稿人。入选吉林省中青年科技创新领军人才、吉林省高校科研春苗人才、吉林大学国家优秀青年科学基金后备人才,吉林大学优秀青年教师重点、精英培养计划。获2015年中国牛业青年科技奖及吉林省自然科学学术成果奖二等奖3项。
