三、主要科研工作

围绕家畜分子育种体系开发，开展家畜基因组中转座子的功能解析与育种应用研究，结合分子细胞生物学、表观遗传学和生物信息学等方法进行转座子功能验证、分子标记开发及整合转座子遗传信息的育种模型构建。
