王东旭:男,博士生导师,长春国家实验动物中心/吉林大学动物科学学院教授,吉林省优秀青年基金获得者。一直致力于基因表达和动物模型的建立等方面的研究。拥有13年转基因动物模型经验,擅长肿瘤、慢性病疾病小鼠、兔及猪模型,累计建立20余种疾病动物模型。利用体细胞核移植和胚胎移植等技术,完成兔子、猪的孤雌模型构建。擅长基因编辑技术,借助CRISPR-Cas9和单碱基编辑系统等基因编辑技术已经成功构建多种基因编辑小鼠模型,如成骨不全基因编辑小鼠。利用单碱基突变技术,构建TETs蛋白家族点突变小鼠模型,获得吉林省科技厅实验动物平台项目支持。此外,还建立了肝癌小鼠模型、胃癌小鼠模型、肺癌小鼠模型、肝纤维化小鼠、舌鳞癌小鼠、神经退行性小鼠、黑色素瘤小鼠等10余种疾病模型。其中,构建的结直肠癌小鼠模型与长春汉兰多达公司合作,实现成果转化,完成110万元横向课题1项。主持国家青年自然基金1项,吉林省开放课题1项,吉林省优秀青年人才基金1项,中国博士后科学基金2项,吉林省教育厅“十三五”科学研究规划项目1项,吉林省科技发展计划项目1项。近五年来,在国际重要学术期刊发表SCI论文46篇,其中以第一作者发表论文5篇,并列第一作者20篇,通讯作者发表论文21篇。累计影响因子235.509。在教学上,讲授本科生《实验动物生产学》,《实验动物繁殖学》,《实验动物学》3门课程。
