一、基本信息

于浩,男,1977年8月出生,汉族。吉林大学动物科学学院教授,博士生导师,德国法兰克福大学访问学者。主要从事《生物信息学》、《生物统计学》、《生物数学》、《转基因动物》、《动物胚胎工程》等课程的教学工作。为中国畜牧兽医学会动物遗传标记分会理事,吉林省转基因安全委员会委员,吉林大学吉林市研究院特聘专家。现为《International Journal Of Biological Macromolecules》、《Molecular Biology Reports》、《Molecular Genetics and Genomics》、《Pakistan Journal of Zoology》等杂志的审稿人。共指导毕业的硕士研究生13人,博士研究生3人。主编教材3部,参编教材1部。迄今累积发表文章100余篇,SCI收录77篇,其中以责任作者发表SCI论文40篇。获得国家授权专利1项,地方专利4项,省级科技进步二等奖1项,畜牧局一等奖2项,林业厅一等奖1项,优秀教材二等奖1项。目前,主要从事生物信息学,功能基因组学,群体遗传学等相关领域的研究。参与国家重点研发计划-《干细胞及转化研究-神经退行性疾病猪模型的建立》,现主持吉林省重点科技攻关项目一项《猪用高效绿色霉菌毒素降解剂的研究与开发》。

研究方向:

猪饲料中霉菌毒素污染的防治与绿色添加剂的开发;
猪的经济性状(肌肉发育与脂代谢)相关的分子标记的筛选鉴定;
基于高通量数据(NGS)挖掘肿瘤特异性药物靶点;
基于虚拟筛选技术开发设计新型抗氧化药物。
