三  主要教学工作(承担的本科生、研究生课程)

承担本科生动物科学专业基础课《动物遗传学》;

承担研究生动物遗传育种与繁殖、动物营养与饲料科学专业课程《动物科学进展》、《动物科学进展》、《动物分子遗传学》、《动物遗传育种专论》、《分子细胞遗传学》和《动物遗传育种seminar》。

四  主要科研工作(包括科研项目)

主要从事重要畜禽遗传育种与繁殖领域研究工作,具体包括:畜禽重要经济性状分子细胞育种技术研究;畜禽免疫遗传与抗病育种研究;动物克隆与转基因育种研究。现主持科技部转基因重大专项“多不饱和脂肪酸转基因奶牛新材料培育(2011ZX08007-001)”、国家863计划“中国肉牛重要经济性状功能基因组学研究(2013AA102505)”和国家自然科学基金(3097208531372278)等项目。在“十一五”期间,曾主持863项目“牛分子细胞工程育种技术创新与优势性状新品系培育(2008AA101010)”、国家自然科学基金“IGF-I基因不同转录子结构及在肌肉组织中表达规律的研究(30771543)”、国家自然科学基金“H1N1亚型禽流感病毒感染与非感染状态下鸡和鸭免疫球蛋白可变区遗传多样性研究(30972085)”,吉林省科技厅项目“猪肉质性状分子标记的鉴定与应用研究(20070567)”,参加863项目“猪生长与肉质形状主效基因的分子鉴别及其在聚合育种中的应用(2008AA10Z136)”、国家科技支撑计划项目“地方特色肉牛新品系培育(2007BAD55B01)”;在中国农业大学农业生物技术国家重点实验室作访问学者期间,主持教育部访问学者基金“鸡下丘脑组织黑色素聚集激素基因的克隆与序列分析”等课题,参加了“973”项目(项目编号:G200000161)并完成了“鸡下丘脑组织与猪脂肪组织表达序列标签的测定与分析”等课题研究。2001年在中国农业大学农业生物技术国家重点实验室动物生物化学与分子生物学专业进行博士后研究工作,研究方向为功能基因组和转基因动物生产,主持“863”项目“猪肉质性状分子标记的鉴定与应用研究”,同时参加了由该室所主持的“863”项目“肉鸡重要经济性状的功能基因组研究”、“猪高产仔数、日增重和疾病抗性基因诊断盒的研究与开发”、中欧合作项目“中国和欧洲猪遗传多样性的分子鉴定及其保护”等研究工作。
